Leigh Goffett-Pilut, Deputy Director of Operations & Director of Correspondent Lending

Ms. Pilut has been involved in all facets of the mortgage industry for over 20 years. She started her career at a local mortgage lender in the accounting department and has worked and navigated her way through various divisions of small and large sized mortgage banks. Leigh's experience ranges from processing and underwriting to accounting/funding and servicing, which gives her a unique advantage as she understands many of the processes involved in successfully managing a correspondent fulfillment team. Prior to joining ACH Trust, Leigh was the AVP of Government Lending for three years at United Shore Financial. She is also a FHA DE and VA SAR.

Sarah White, Senior Manager Correspondent Review & Post Funding Processes - ACH Trust Correspondent Loan Review Team

Mrs. White has been involved in all facets of the mortgage industry for over 20 years. She started her career at a local mortgage lender in the processing department and has worked and navigated her way through various divisions of small and large sized mortgage banks. Sarah's experience ranges from processing and underwriting to closing/funding and servicing, which gives her a unique advantage as she understands many of the processes involved in successfully managing a correspondent fulfillment team. Prior to joining ACH Trust, Sarah was the AVP of Conventional and FHA Underwriting Lending for three years at United Shore Financial.

Phillip Kukafka, Director of Capital Markets

Mr. Kukafka has been a mortgage industry veteran for more than 25 years and most recently helped grow The Money Source. While at TMS, he was involved in all aspects of the capital markets operations, including, implementing risk management procedures, securitization and hedging strategies, and loan purchasing. Prior to working at TMS he ran the capital markets team at MortgageIT, having sold over 150BN in mortgage loans to various Wall Street banks. After Deutsche Bank acquired MortgageIT in 2007, Mr. Kukafka stayed on and continued to trade mortgages for DB. Mr. Kukafka is also a CPA and previously worked at various public accounting firms.
